Sadly my file is in Kingston and I continue to deal with keying errors regarding children coming or not, sent three emails explaining the error from cic mississauga since Jan 7 and today they email me saying they haven't received the form we don't need to send in, I have sent three emails but they don't care... what the heck

really sorry to hear about this but just try your best to keep the faith. When we applied they send our application back a d said we did not have an updated form, so hubby and I rechecked everything and all the forms were correct. Their error but they wwould not even acknowledge to say anything after we wrote them and return application. These ppl have their families and fail to understand that other people are trying to unite with theirs. Smh.

Hey Jamfam I got back my pp on Friday Jan. 24 with my shiny visa but I noticed that the expiration date is 04/11/2015. Have anyone else gotten such a long time to leave the country. I hope i'm not reading the date incorrectly because I really dont want to leave until July because of my job.

if I'm not mistaken is always month date year. So according to the date you have there you have until April 11th to be in Canada.

It all depends on when your Medicals expire. We had 9 months to land however hubby landed sooner.

Also on the corp it should be year, month date. 2015/4/27 is how ours was. So if you have 4/11/2015 it could be April 11th you have to land. You can always come up and land and then leave again. There is nothing wrong with that except you won't have your PR card when you do come back unless it's mailed to you

Congrats Jacwife... My hubby's passport was just picked up today by FedEx!!! Thank god... He'll be home Saturday!!!
