Thank you for this valuable information.
I was wondering if you could advice on what to do if I want to bring my coins´collection.
Should i just mention that in the b4 form as coins collection cause to estimate the value which would be very hard.

Given is the new working link for downloading kids Immunization Record Form, this must be filled and signed by Doctor and a must have at the time of admission to schools

Coin collection is priceless....

I would keep a record of the coin collection on B4 form. Take pics and attach it to your B4 form.
