Hi Guys,

I am June 30th,2019 AOR FSW-O applicant. My current file status is eligibility and criminality passed since October,2019 but security is showing as not started since then. My visa office is Ottawa. There was no review required in my file. My medicals got expired in July and I didn’t get a re-medical request.

I just want to know apart from me is there anyone here with this same situation like everything passed but security not started having AOR between Jan,2019 to July,2019? If yes, can you please share your VO and category under which you have applied. Thanks.

Hi, I got my AOR (acknowledgement of receipt) (Federal Skilled Worker - Outland program) on June 29th, 2019, I passed my medicals soon after and then they expired a year later. Also got my biometrics done. No progress at all since my biometrics were received a year ago. I raised a webform once, three months ago or so, asking about the whereabouts of my application. The central office responded that my application was forwarded to Warsaw visa office. I sent a webform to Warsaw but never heard back from them.

So yes, it seems there are people who are in the same situation as you.

Hi all. I was June 29th 2019 AOR and got my approval around February 2020. I was planning to move in May but then COVID restrictions hit and only until last week are international flights being allowed again (from my country). Due to the date of my approval I am in within the exemptions to the travel ban so I want to move before the end of this month, but I would like to hear someone's experience with entering Canada from outside the US, that is, did you have any issues with the "quarantine plan" or "the non-discretionary" aspects .

So, Has anyone with a PR approved before March 18th traveled to Canada for settlement form outside the US? whats was your experience at the border?

Thanks in advance... and to those not yet approved, hang in there. I know how hard the waiting is. Just stay strong.
