I think we would all like to know how to do that. The only solution I am aware of is using a lawyer and going to court.

For immigration delay try it...u have no ground .. they can have all grounds to deny u..u r not part of canada still.. which court u will go ur country or canada where u have no legal rights

I had provided the work experience letter duly signed and attested but it contained only keywords of areas worked on rather than bullet points having proper explaination. To justify that, I had attached an email that I had exchanged with the Wipro Team to ask them to provide me a detailed letter of job duties rather than the current one which had only limited keywords for my immigration application; to which they replied that they wouldn’t be able to provide a detailed job duties letter
I also attached a self declaration of my job duties which had proper explaination in bullet points.
I also attached the reference of a senior with his company ID card.

To summarize, it is possible to obtain a court order for the IRCC to make some decision, provided that your case meets the following requirements:
(1) the delay in question is longer than the nature of the process required, prima facie;
(2) the applicant and his/her legal counsel were not responsible for the delay;
(3) the authority responsible for the delay did not provide satisfactory justification.

I don't know what to say. In usual cases the agent will put it through to officer to decide in these matters. Is there no way to get a comprehensive reference letter?
There isn’t , and that’s why I attached the mail exchange too so that it brings out more clarity.
Is there any hope that they will pass it? My portal shows 60 days remaining.. can they reject the application this late too?
Hi, I wouldn’t leave this to chance. Don’t mean to scare you but there have been too many refusals because of NOC issues and employment (after 8 months)
My advise; try to get attested letters from your colleagues(maybe even a senior) on normal paper, look for work emails that could show you did some of those job duties, etc. anything that could help prove you did those duties.
The onus is on the applicant to show they performed the duties listed

Hmm I don’t think you’ll see any changes if you order now. The next review is the Officer review and if that had already happened you would have received some feedback.
I would hurry with the additional docs though

That is actually true, you can get a letter from your Manager or level superior.
UPDATE: after more than 10 months since AOR and 2 ADRs, I finally have been requested to undergo new medical examinations.
I hope it means what we think it means.
Also hope that things are moving for the remaining awaiting applicants as well.
