Nope... but my wife’s brother applied for vistor visa and they ask same documents for that. And he got his visa

As per call i was told security in progress but in gcms note everything seems to be perfect n complete. @macaly7

I am in a similar situation. I talked with 2 agents in Jan about my application. They can't say what's the issue because everything is normal.

I am hopeful that by this month-end or latest by early first week of February 2019 we should get a PPR. Nonetheless, I have ordered GCMS notes on Friday.

Do tag me in case you hear anything from the agent or see any action in your MyCIC account.

Search for your MP's email address. Write to him / her that you'll like to know the status of your PR application.

Member of Parliament. If you live in Canada you have a MP in your area. If you send a request at MP's office then they will ask CIC regarding your application. But it is not likely to speed up the process but they can relay some information back to you and it will be noted in your file.

i have noticed november ip2 started getting ppr. so yes we can hope.

Hey @tobs, yes I received the PPR on January 22nd, I am sorry for the late feedback.
Thank you guys for your help, I guess mailing NDVO woke CIO up because my application was approved on November 6th.

4 months ago?!! Still you have not heard anything from CIC?

No..when i called cic before 2 weeks, the agent on the phone was also surprised that i am still not asked for remedicals..
She even left a note but seems nothing moved..
I was told that my eligibility is being reviewed and criminality, security not started..
I have spent more than 7 months waiting for the golden mail..
I am worried that they just dont turn down my application with rejection after so long and hard journey..

Yup..i raised cse and got generic reply..
I called and i was told they i would be definitely getting a re med request..
My eligibility is being reviewed and thats all i know..
I have requested gcms on jan 5..if it will arrive in time,i should get them by feb 6-7

Oh okay I suggest you to email Ralph’s office they will tell you the exact location of the file ( visa office ) and also the status .

I did that as well got generic reply..
They asked me mail my MP if i know his who is my area MP
I suppose MP is applicable only for inland applicants..
I am outland
