As I'm also in October IP2 arc and seeing this I just checked my cic account. Guess what, i saw the ghost. Oh my.
No email yet. Fingers crossed.

Even though my GCMS showed cio as primary office as per 22 Dec call. I got a response for my cse stating my application was moved to a vo. Guess it will be Ottawa or Ndvo only. Will get to know when i get the PPR email.

did you find anything not normal in case analyst note in your gcms notes? i could not find anything like that.

my eligibility - recommend passed, criminality - passed, security not started. passed criminality on november 16th.

Same here. No red flags whatsoever. In fact the IRCC agent I spoke with around 3 weeks ago was very positive about my case. According to him it was pretty straight case and it was a good news (his words).

Yes that was on 14th November . I called cic on 18th Dec,, still same status .. They guy who got his PPR today also had the same status..

oh okay when i contacted ralphs office they replied to me on DEC 4 2018 - saying my application is at CPC OTTAWA and
eligibility is in process - review required . criminality and security checks have not been initiated.

I am in a similar situation. I talked with 2 agents in Jan about my application. They can't say what's the issue because everything is normal.

My friend just got his PPR..

Got my PPR today everyone!

AOR - 18th June 2018
MEP & IP1 - 3rd July
IP2 - 25th October 2018
Ghost Update - 25th Jan 2019
PPR - 26th Jan 2019
VO - Ottawa

They are working on the October IP2 but just going at it one by one. The tracker shows the same trend if you see it closely. Hope to hear more good news here very soon.
