I replied you on that other thread that you should email them with documents that you have an ask for an extension since your baby's passport isn't ready yet.

Latest notes as at 27Nov18 (generated on 27Dec18) show it’s still at Ottawa. Plus, spoke to an agent 4pm EST yesterday who was otherwise a nasty piece of works (SHE: ‘Ordering GCMS notes will delay your process as the file is out on hold while we generate them’
ME: ‘Oh really? That’s the first I’ve heard of it’) but deigned to confirm that the file is at Ottawa. Rest, she was firmly opposed to answering any questions, adding for good measure that I should wait patiently till the process completes its course - it’s been over 200 days I tell her and she says ‘Leave it to the experts, they do not expedite a process just because a candidate calls or orders notes’. I asked her what one should do in such a situation and she says raise a CSE (as if I haven’t done that already!). Don’t they get this information from the screen they refer to? Anyhow, security not started and Eligibility still at MET is the moral of the story. What a waste of time!

I had sent an email to them and they responded today with appointment date which is now useless for me as I have already sent my passport to Ottawa after getting PPR from NDVO hence I requested them to cancel it now.

Every now and then you come across these people in the Call center... and yes the adjective Nasty is the most suitable for them..... I am not sure what on earth these guys are upto...

Call center agents sounds unhappy and frustrated most of the time. I can understand them, it's a hard task to keep patience.

Anyways does ordering gcms slows down the process? I doubt that. I know someone from my city who ordered literally every single month and got landing interview in 6 months.

So you agree to my assessment that it is only a handful of us who are left. @gau55555 see...I am not the only one...and I am still waiting for the tentative number. :P

Prashant bhai... Micky was saying handful of us are left for the PPR. Where as I was saying that many people with security not started.. Here are the numbers -
Data representation of Security not started :-
June AOR - 27
July AOR- 19
Aug AOr - 17... Aug AOR may have more people than I could count as there are many who did not reflect or update.

Now you can call it handful if you want, No problem but it certainly is a good number . Aug AORs who are now into their ~ 6 months trailing at ~20% of PPRs 145/848 as of Jan 5.
