What is the name as per birth records? If both passport and birth certificate do not contain surname then it should be fine to put just the first name.. in EE form, if surname is mandatory check for instructions..
 
Anyone got back their passports after stamping and copr? Any ideas on how much time the Delhi vfs is taking?
 
After ppr when does the status gets updated in the ircc account? I.e. when does it change to 'application has been approved'??

When they've received your passport and they print your visa/CoPR.

A serious query:

AOR - 21st June 2018
Medical - 10th July 2018
Current status - IP1

I just realized today that the employer reference letter for one of my jobs has the name of the company printed wrongly. The name omits a word but the name on the payslips submitted is complete and correct.

Ill be leaving the job on 28th August 2018 and then ill get a new reference letter. How should i proceed in this case ?
Can i give the screen shot of the complete name of the company from the Ministry of corporate affairs, Govt. of India website with the Corporate Identity Number (CIN) number so that they can check them selves or do i have another option before 28th August 2018 ?

I am also going to a Canadian business school for my MBA starting in September 2018. I still have the study visa pending and I still have to tell IRCC about it. How should i go about it ?

Furthermore, Ill call IRCC today to enquire about the status of my application. What specific questions should i ask ?

Is anyone who had AOR in first week of June and in the category of FSW-Outland currently in IP2 stage?
I have already stuck at IP1 for more than 50 days.

Its be better to have a surname... If possible try to reissue the passport with a surname. My wife had the same issue.. we got a new passport and put in the last name as the surname. In case you do not have a surname there might be future complications related to PR card, medical etc => I have read this in some threads in google would be good to cross check..

I am also in IP1 since July 12th. AOR 25 June, no updates after that. I think FSW-O will take a long time. Most people getting PPR is either CEC, PNP or FSW-Inland...

Yes we have been in IP2 since over a month now and few others here are also in the same boat, don't worry! some cases just take time!!
