Can anyone tell me, how are you contacting IRCC agent?
I am trying to call from US - +1 613-944-4000, mentioned some where in this thread, After along IVRS options, there is an option to talk to a agent, but it always says the call cannot be forwarded to the agent, as they are busy right now.

Just keep calling and after a few tries, you’ll be placed in the queue.

Hello guys, I have a query. I have provided POF with a mix of epf and FD. Now due to some emergency i need to take an overdraft on one of my FD totalling to 1.5 lakhs which I will get it restored on September 28th. Now if before this I will be asked for ADR which includes latest POF, can i get the money again from my dad and get a new gift deed created or will this create a problem? Also will I need to get the latest epf statements and letter?

Sorry mate.. your case is too specific.. wouldn't want to give you any incorrect advise.. please check with an immigration lawyer if in much confusion..

Well its not too specific. What I asked was, can we use the POF showed in Aor and restore it if asked for any ADR for latest POF?

You were only in IP2 for 8 days. Can't be wrong to have a bit of hope from cases like that.

Hi Guys,

I am a CEC Inland applicant with AoR in May, and am currently in IP2 I believe. I am the primary applicant.

My work permit is about to expire but my spouse's work permit is valid for two more years.

I dont want to get SOWP using her work permit, since I need to do all the NOC and stuff for that and submit additional documents. So I want to apply for BOWP instead saving all that head ache.

But when I try to apply, there is a question which asks if 'I am the spouse of a person who holds a valid work permit' and if I answer 'Yes' it asks me to submit all my Wife's documents and takes me to the SOWP route and no BOWP questions appear at all.

If I answer 'No' to this question, then comes the BOWP questions.

Now if I were to choose between BoWP and SoWP i would choose BoWP since it is kinda straight forward with no additional documents needed.

Can I Choose to answer 'No' for the question which asks about spouse's work permit status and apply through BoWP?
Will this cause any complications? Is this considered misrepresentation?

Only the primary applicant who has filed the PR application and crossed R10 is eligible for BOWP.
