Yes. I am the primary applicant.

But when I try to apply for BoWP, there is a question which asks if 'I am the spouse of a person who holds a valid work permit' and if I answer 'Yes' it asks me to submit all my Wife's documents and takes me to the SOWP route and no BOWP questions appear at all.

My question is can I answer 'No' to question when I apply for BoWP? So that I dont have to submit all my Wife's documents

Well, I did this morning and a nice lady asked me what I would you like to know given that it's too early in the process :D <embarrassed grin>
At least I got to know the application is being processed at Sydney :) any one else with the same VO?

Happy Monday. :) Glad you were able to get through-- I guess a lot of people have trouble and have to call multiple times before they can even get in the queue.

So true, I tried 10 times this morning and might not be calling back for a while. :p Hope she doesn't tell on me, Monday morning you see
 
I'm in Australia and it's already Tuesday here...:confused:
After seeing Happy Monday seems like I'm time traveling...:D
