Dear all
My copr expired on 26 june 2021, i could not travel cause of covid restrictions

I got an email from ircc to do my remeds
They have given me a months time to do the remeds

I have question, on the renewal do they give one year valid copr or are they giving shorter time

Need to know this cause will be traveling with family and kids who go to school.

Would appreciate a reply

@cansha
It is difficult to say but in the past they have given a year validity from date of medical. So most probably you will get a year's validity.

Hey, nope. Recently I’ve uploaded documents to add my wife in my application. Still waiting for them to open the slots to upload them. God knows when they will work efficiently.
At this point the wait is beyond ridiculous. Not sure why they have kept you waiting for this long.

Does the delhi embassy entertain applicants with such delays at their office? Should I go personally to talk to anyone? Or do they even allow in person enquiries?

Oh okay, I guess then some canadian lawyer would be required to file on our behalf. @cansha any info you have in this regards? Or anyone lese from this thread who could help us.

Okay, have you tried discussing with legalfalcon? Is he a consultant?
I personally started looking for this today only. I have not approached him yet. @rohanid6 https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-i...you-legalfalcon.408185/page-1017#post-9866363

It has been three years now and just added my son to the application too so looking for what can be done now. Since the file is at NDVO since April 2021 and given the history, I want to make sure what can be done to get an answer in the coming quarter atleast.

Same, I added my wife a month back as I recently married. Did ircc enable the document upload in your profile?
