Guys don’t sweat it, the easiest and most evident example to prove there is a terrible slow down from IRCC is that when we all passed our medicals it took around two weeks to check them and currently people have to wait almost four and even more to get them passed, so unless the medicals are also going into security screening (lol) navin’s theory is kinda busted. I’m not saying some of the not yet approved applications are perfect and are not going through some kind of additional verifications, security screenings or you name it, but there are also a ton of approved applications and aplications waiting for final review collecting dust in a shelf for no freaking reason other than they might be trying to chew more than what they can swallow or someone is slacking off just a bit too much considering the circumstances.

new letter is coming from Ottawa my friend. btw NDVO do not change location.. only Ottawa does. they just forward mails to HQ.. any decision regarding location, change of VO is taken at ottawa.. and Ottawa is selective.. let me give my example..
these genius people never replied for pr card for 3 weeks, but as soon as mine was sent and they saw now its safe, replied for new CSE In 3 hrs...

You deserve an eye roll. There you go, you were asking for it.
but on brighter side... i want all to get PPR soon, either hook or by crook.. because this slowdown and new applications is making things worse..6 months promise and puuting most people in 20% slot is not acceptable

Hmmm, assuming you already had them follow-up. There are fair chances the notes were withheld. I have seen people receiving notes after 80 days too but your case may be the longest so far.

I suggest follow these instructions:
