June 2014 Citizenship Application.

Hi , I received yesterday evening the invitation for the Oath ceremony on March the 24 : the mailed sent on March the 10.
Just 20 days between the interview and the Oath.

My timeline
- Citizen application sent : end of may
- received : June 5, 2014
- processing : August 8
- Interview : March 4, 2015
- Oath : March 24

i have one question please, did everybody who done the test with you at the same day got their oath after three months(as you) or sooner than that? i assume that you new some of them at least through the forum here.

dont take it personal. I had the same feedback and spent 20+ minutes in my interview as they also ended it by saying we will recalculate everything and ask for another CBSA reports on all passports, pr, and landed doc. if all good, then we will be clear. (she never confirmed any approval).

I too was frustrated and was extremely disappointed, but three months later I have my Canadian "passport" in my hand I am sure you will get it soon, cool off and you should hear the good news soon

Cong....... When you took your test and when you receive your oath letter by mail and do you know after how many from sending the mail they update the eCAS..??

Well, I am not sure either but I got my ATIP report two weeks ago and everything seem to be OK except the CSIS check which is still blank, not sure if they just don't publish it or it hasn't cleared yet.

RCMP and FOSS are both cleared.

Hello guys,
Some news!
I missed my first test..since I never received the letter.. (Should be in Feb 3, 2015)
But they reschedule fast..so I did the test today (march 19) and I passed on the test!
Did the interview , it was ok. It was fast and she did a few questions and looked in the documents as usual.
She said now goes to a review and they do the final decision.
May take around 4 months , more or less!
So now I am in the waiting game again!
