This tells me that they do perform tasks as batches, and they probably wait until they have a box full of outgoing mail before they send someone to the post office to mail them out :P

At any rate, here's to all of us getting our tracking numbers activated soon. I keep checking mine several times a day, I must confess. 8)

I totally agree with you. They followed the same "batches" concept for PPRs. My friend and i got PPR at the same time. He went for medicals three weeks back where as i did mine 2 months before. Also many other people got the PPRs that week in our forum.

I think he is from a visa-exempt country and the new trend (for visa-exempted applicants) is that CIC issues COPR without request for passport or even copy.

I've been wondering the same thing. I'm from a visa exempt country. My status has been decision made for the pat ten days but no email about passport request yet. I was wondering if they just sent the COPR without asking for anything further. I sure hope so. lol now i will begin checking my mailbox repeatedly instead of my email hahaa

@ mrromeo thanks! I am sure you will get your passport back soon. I am from visa exempt country so..I just got CPR BY mail and landed!

@cecbear you r right.(except I am “she”) they did not ask copy of my passport or anything. :D

@chief3rd YES you should check your mail box. Like I’m saying Surprisingly my CPR came in mail from case processing pilot-Ottawa.
