My biometrics had an incorrect name format and did not match my passport due to which Service Canada denied collecting my biometrics . I requested a reissued BIL on June 2nd via Webform and call centre agent also sent a request to the office.
Request reviewed and acknowledged on June 9th and June 11th but no action.
A follow up request was sent to Sydney office by the agent on July 9th, no response or nothing yet
Does anyone what will happen, will it be reissued or my previous biometrics from 2020 (study visa) will be used. Or any idea about the timeline?
