I believe that obtaining a PR card within this Processing time, with no Canada Post strike, is possible around November to December for those who submitted their file at the start of July.
Here is the logic for my case. (By looking at June application updates)

6th July Submission Date
1. P1 around mid to end of June
2. P2 around the end of July to mid-August (1-1.5 Months After P1)
3. Ecopr around mid-October (2 Months after P2)
4. PR Card in hand around mid-November to end of December (1-2 Months after ECOPR)

Harsh, but I feel this is the most ideal scenario.

E-COPR are moving faster than 2 months now!! but wit the 34 months of processing, we really can not say anything!! it is definitely harsh.

I have received an email from IRCC. Is it common to receive this email for reassessment of eligibility?

Some people do. You might get an interview. They usually reassess if they doubt that the relationship is genuine so they might now ask you for some additional proof of your relationship with your sponsor, if they are satisfied with the docs, they'll pass you again and you'll receive P1. Since it seems this happened very close to finishing BGC so it might not be about your relationship but something that turned up in your BGC. They might be concerned about you being admissible to Canada so could ask you for updated CV or something else. But don't worry, this is very common.

I hope they contact us soon, and it gets resolved. I have proof to prove the relationship, so I guess will be fine.
