Hi All, does anyone has the email for Vancouver office? I was transferred from Montreal office to Vancouver office and I wanted to send a webform but also try and email them.

Tell us your experience

It was straightforward. Took about 1.5 hr. Have your PR Card & any other 2nd ID proof ( DL/Health card.). Start with breakout room & they confirm name/dob/ reg. question . PR card cut --( 20 to 30 min) ...Then wait for 10 to 15 min ---main zoom room with oath judge (30 to 45 min) and that is all.

Hi everyone,
In my application status I got two updates in a row about the oath of citizenship.

The first update said I was scheduled to take it on August 25th and the second update said I was scheduled on September 1st.
The second update is more recent, both of them are showing in the status page.

Is this normal? Should I contact them or should I just assume I've been rescheduled for September 1st?
I haven't received any emails with the oath instructions yet.

My timeline is:
Paper application received - July 2, 2021
AOR - September 24
Background completed - Nov 10
Citizenship test completed - May 20
Decision Made - July 12
1st Scheduled for Citizenship oath update - August 5
2nd Scheduled for Citizenship oath update - August 11

Tracker update after yesterday`s oath : Citizenship ceremony - Completed but file progress still shows "In-Progress". I guess it will show closed when they send the certificate? Am I correct?

Thank you, it's the Vancouver office. I got the email with the oath information for September 1 so I think it's all good, just thought it was odd I got scheduled for two different dates.

My Mom’s Application was recieved on July 15 2021 on Ecas and on the tracker it says application filled August 29.
On Ecas it says application inprocess on july 15 and no more update.
On the tracker the only update is on June 9,2022 background check completed and language, physical and prohibition are in progress whereas ceremony and test are not started yet.
She is over 70 and some of these actually are not applicable.
Is this normal given that her residence is Edmonton? Shouldn’t it take less since she doesn’t have to do test ?

Guys, more i read, more confused i get. Can application signature date of adult and child be different? Example: my application and physical presence calculator shows Aug 1 while my kid's application shows Aug 13. Is that ok?
