Help! I emailed cic 20 days ago I haven't received a reply yet. Do you have their number so that I can just call them up? still no news regarding my application

i emailed them on 20th Sept and got reply on 11th oct .

I send them one mail on 12th Sep'11 and till date waiting for their reply !!

Meanwhile I got the PER..... and even changed by status from CIC-S/PER to In Process

My application was received by CIO on 11th August under NOC 1122.

I am still waiting for the response?

I have no idea what is happening out there?

Any information?

They still work with mid-July applications, they told me yesterday.

Congratulations to you! The thing is with my application I can't even check if my BD got encashed because the bank told me that they can't track the date of encashment.

They received my application on July 27th. I noticed that you sent yours july 26th. Did you get a positive response?

I just called again and using the options 1-2-1-2-0 i spoke to a call center representative after a wait of 10 mins. I was told that they are still processing July 20 applicants so I should give them some time...probably in 2 or 3 weeks.

Hello Kelsey,

Yes the number is of Canada Trade but if you chose the correct option it will be routed to CIC (Options are 1,2,1,2).

if you dont have the Client ID, do not provide anything when prompted two time and then will forward it to an agent to support you!

it's almost 2 months from the date they said it has been sent back and I haven't received my docs back...
