Regarding NOC 1122

Based on my research it seems as those guys who sent their application uptill early August, indicating only NOC 1122 on the envelope could be included into the CAP towards 500 but those application with multiple NOCs on the envelope can only be counted into CAP after full review of their job duties even during early July.

How is it possible that application with multiple NOC could be counted towards NOC 1122 only. If this would be counting then is it possible if a single application can be count into several NOCs.

Please share your ideas......

If CIO cannot encash money order or bank draft what will they do with my application?
they return it or they give me an opportunity to send a second draft?

I did submitt copy of my pay slips, resume stamped from Hr, nursing licence from my ireland board and experience letter from perivous employer.
But still i got it.

So please anyone send me their approved copy of their 3152 experience letter please.

It will be counted towards the first NOC that the applicant choose as his first option, of courseif he does qualify.
If he has a second option and he does not qualify to the first, but does to the second, he will be counted towards the second NOC cap.

How could he be then counted towards the second NOC CAP once it has been filled ????
and thats my main point

The qualifying NOC can only be counted after careful review of mentioned duties and not by date, if the applicant has filled multiple NOCs

Whats the opinion of other guys ?

Hello Mates,

I called again at 0016139444000 to query about my applicaiton, which was received by CIO on 11th July 2011, and they said it is too early now to say about the status of my applicaiton and minimum it takes 4 months to have a progress on the case!

My fingers are crossed that what I heard yesterday was untrue and my applicaiton is among the 1st 500 in NOC 1122.

I dont think so most of the ppl will understand what you are trying to say...??

Once file has been reached to Visa office (In my case NEW DELHI) how many days does it take to get medicals. And after the medicals has been done after how many days we will need to send the passport for visa stamping.
In short once PER is received how many months would it take in NEW DELHI office to get a PR visa stamp in passport.

why do you think that your mo/bd will not encash ?
any reason ?

because the date of mo was handwritten ,I didnot buy that from a bank ,so, I am a little worried that whether it was a true mo or not, unfortunately I didnot save a copy.
I have an old application and a UCI number,but I cannot check my ecase with that, while others whose application received date is near that can do.

from whom you bought it .
even my bank draft was hand wriitten but i bought it from bank by my own .
so it does not matter that it is hand written or computerized print.
