i have experience of 240 weeks (4 and a half year) of continous full time working in my related field of dentistry. during this time i worked for two different hospitals. 8 months in one place and 3 year and 11 months in the other. in both the places i worked for 36 hours per week which was mentioned in my experience letter.
now my question is whether i will be able to claim maximum points for work experience as total hours needed for full time work for four years (which is required for maximum points) is more than what is required. but as per week statistic i was working 1.5 hour less every week. please let me know whoever has the answer to my query. i am very much concerned bout this. regards
to claim 4 years , you have to work 72000 hrs in 4 years and you have worked 7776 hrs in 4.5 years , so my dear you can claim 4 or more years experience and can get 21 points

Great news. The per day application for 0631 has come down from 4.57 to 3.71 and for 3131 has come down from 6 per day to 4.29 per day!!!

The new cut off (taking into account that they are working on 26th July application now) for 0631 would be 27th Sep, plus minus few days.

For 3131 would be 19th Sep, plus minus few days.

This is my opinion. Looking forward to other predictions.

Congratulation Explorer!

Yes Big O...looks promising, isnt it?

NKKD - Would love to know your calculations. Waiting......

0631 increased by 26 apps received in 7 days... while the last update was 32 in 7 days.
This surely classifies as good news if no other update is published this week, otherwise we have to see what the numbers tells us.

NKKD, please share with us your claculations to see what is the new Cut off date for 0631.

Dear Vinod,

We are in the same NOC :-)

I read your earlier post just now. But from what I have gathered, you might have not taken into account the back log? They are still working on 26th July Applications.

Sorry if my understanding of your calculation is wrong. Do clarify.

Cheers

Hey HisHighness!!!

I have included the backlog as well in my working. I am sure that we do not need to worry at all.. We will be in if our applications are filed with all the required docs.

Hmmm...lets keep our fingers crossed and prayers on....for each other!!

They didn't specify but I think reference letters from my colleagues didn't satisfied them. Anyway, my reference letters had almost all job duties as on the form Schedule 3.

Yes.. u are right ..they don't consider reference letters from colleagues as a conclusive proof, especially for NOC 1122..had it been some other NOC, they might have considered it..their process is pretty wayward..while filing the application most of us followed CIC & VO checklist. But post July 18, a new checklist(general) was introduced ..and i believe they are following that, which is unfair in case like u since the new checklist doesn't mention abt providing explanation letter(or colleagues ref) in lieu of supervisor/manager ref letter.

You can appeal ur case, as i think u got NER not for irrelevant job duties, but for not providing work documentation as per new checklist..

Below link will best guide u..

Dear Senior and fellow applicants

I am going to apply soon. However, I need an important advise from you. According to my organization HR rules HR will only provide working duration and supervisor will provide Job responsibilities in two different office letter. Thus, do I have to give any note to explain the reason?

Dude, could u please update my application received by cic at 26 th Sept. Thanks.

echoes ..sorry man abt ur NER ..i am starting to realise now that luck is playing vital role no matter how strong or weak case we have ..keep going man..

just want to know, did they mentioned UCID & Application no in ur NER mail ? My case is still hanging in btw NER & PER ..

You are 100% correct this Canada immigration process is totally luck game no matter how strong your case is, I have seen many examples where ppl has not provided very critical documents without them nobody can think that it will accepted theoretically but actually it was accepted so just pray and dont think about any problem in the application because its totally luck.

Hi sho78

Sorry to hear that. However, I also got NER. Why did you get NER?

Tnx
I followed Wayne's advice and sent them a fax with complain about NER and detailed correlation with my JD and NOC 1222 JD and lead statement. I don't expect anything, it's just a simple last try to do something. I can't do anything more. Appeal on the court will take too much time and I want to move fast, as I have some other options in my mind, like IEC program.
