This surely classifies as good news if no other update is published this week, otherwise we have to see what the numbers tells us.


NKKD, please share with us your claculations to see what is the new Cut off date for 0631.

just want to know, did they mentioned UCID & Application no in ur NER mail ? My case is still hanging in btw NER & PER ..

They were sending ERs to people whose credit card was charged august 5th... and now suddenly jumped to august 16th... yipes!!
So you're right explorer... i can expect one soon ... i thought i could relax for another week or two... :=)

Hey Echoes, I'm soo sorry for the news. I was really hoping for your PER...
When they mean that your job duties didn't convinced the officer, was it the ones you wrote on the form, or what was written in your employers' reference letter?

They didn't specify but I think reference letters from my colleagues didn't satisfied them. Anyway, my reference letters had almost all job duties as on the form Schedule 3.

yes they did, UCI and app. number.

what does this mean? will they return my documents?

UCI and app. number is for tracking our application further when they sent the file(PER one) to VO.

Unfortunately, CIC doesn't return document once file is placed under processing. They return only when CAP is reached or app is found incomplete.

Did they mention anything abt refunding the money in ur NER mail?

yes they did, they will refund the money

They are going to accept a maximum of 500 from each category, not 500 per category. If the 10,000 applications are accepted then they will close the quota.
