Tnx
I followed Wayne's advice and sent them a fax with complain about NER and detailed correlation with my JD and NOC 1222 JD and lead statement. I don't expect anything, it's just a simple last try to do something. I can't do anything more. Appeal on the court will take too much time and I want to move fast, as I have some other options in my mind, like IEC program.

good luck echoes!

Hi,

I just noticed that somebody has put a mark of "Annonymous na user 49" in the spreadsheet. Infact RS is Rehan Sami and obviously its me. So please remove this mark. Secondly I would also like to advise that my DD was encashed on 21st July and I received my AOR on 8th September, so kindly amend this as well.

Lastly I would like to ask you, how to copy this spreadsheet in excel, please advice.

Regards,
Rehan

I am noticing that Aug,Sept applicants are also being updated in this thread and the spreadsheet if so then the name of the thread is confusing right??

Hi finally recieved reply to my email .... Application being returned due to being incomplete :(. Says they posted it for return 12 August via regular mail, How long does that take as over a month and a half now not recieved back ?

so any other guys who sent their application on 25th july and their dd or cc has been cashed???

mine is not charged yet.

Yes Samirsa. You need to provide a written explanation (just a couple of lines) explaining this.

Dear Senior and fellow applicants

I am going to apply soon. However, I need an important advise from you. According to my organization HR rules HR will only provide working duration and supervisor will provide Job responsibilities in two different office letter. Thus, do I have to give any note to explain the reason?

Dear Vinod,

How many years have you been working on this NOC? If it is many years, then I don't think it would be a problem. But if you have somehow managed your 1 year experience in this NOC, then I guess it might be integral to add the number of working hours.

Cheers

I worked for 2.5 years..the hotel has a specific format in which they dont usually mention this. i forgot to inform them to mention it when i applied for this letter. Let's hope that all goes smooth!

I think it is down to the discretion of the visa officer and how convinced they are that your experience is genuine. I am fairly sure at least one of our references didn't specify the exact number of hours and just said "full time", and we have our visa.

Have you already sent the references? As long as it says full time it will probably be ok, but if you have not yet gathered the references it would be better to play it safe and try to specify the working hours.

Exactly. By sending a fax explaining why you feel the evidence you initially provided was sufficient to prove you performed the lead statement and a substantial amount of duties for your NOC, CIC should be compelled to at least check their original review to see if they made a mistake, and it costs you very little other than a small amount of time.

Wish you the best of luck. Of course, you shouldn't get your hopes up but it is a no lose situation at this stage.

Wayne.
