Is this job offer real?!

You need to provide more information such as the actual name of the company and a copy of the offer. The image file does not load at least for me.

More than likely a scam though. Does the offer include anyone of accommodation,food or flights and some unrealistic compensation / allowances?

It's a scam. There is zero chance this is a real job offer.

Scammers impersonate real companies or set up fake web sites to make it look like the company exists. This is very easy to do. If you have been looking at the web site below, this is a fake web site.

3. Signed Employment contract letter from the company which has offered the job contract in Canada.One day to return this documents.
