Me and my wife got out test status updated today. We took the test on Sunday DEC 19. What will be the next steps? Oath?
I saw some Facebook posts about sending passport coloured copies and finger prints etc..?? Are we also going to get such requests?

Got my Oath details emailed to me today, December 22. Oath is scheduled for Dec 31, so the email was received a little more than a week before the ceremony.

Congrats on moving to the next stage! An early Christmas gift! Good luck on the test, and the rest of the process. Things seem a little quieter this week, but nice to hear that some immigration reps are still working and passing out invites! Hopefully we get our test invite early in 2022!

Has anyone had any success with getting GCMS notes? We applied on November 2nd, followed up on December 2nd, a couple of days after the 30 day window. Heard back on December 8th saying it was being processed and we'd receive it shortly... Haven't heard anything since or received the GCMS.

Nov 11 update everything completed except physical presence.
December 29 update everything is now completed.

I’m in the same boat, and I applied from Vancouver. It seems like BC office is the slowest office in terms of processing files.

Similar for us by paper application. Other than we got background check complete on May 25th, with our last update was on May 26th, nothing since. Your wife didn't even get background check complete yet? That's crazy! We're the Ottawa office which also seems slower for paper application. I'll add your wife to the tracker. Do you know what day she mailed her application and what day it was received by the office?

Hi all,
I am going to apply on Jan 2022 so asking this question to jan 2021 applicants.

when I keep my application date signed during jan month then in the form Question 14-Income tax information its showing 2021 tax year.Its too early to file tax returns, since I will get T4 in the month of feb-mar.So what's the correct approach to answer these questions

Required to file - yes or No
Taxes filed-Yes or No
