FSW outland
Medical passes 7th Feb 21
BIL 9TH FEB 21
BIOMETRICS updated On 3rd Mar 21
Called IRCC . The agent told that file has been sent to local VO I.e New Delhi office in April 2021
Since then no update.
Same reply from IRCC upon calling .. that case is under processing..
Any idea when FSW outland shall be processed.
You could try ordering GCMS notes, that might have more details.

FSW outland processing times look bleak to me. I think it's probably optimistic to assume it'll be approved by the end of the year for folks with AOR in January.

Today when I called they said a completely different status.

Eligibility: Recommed pass (last time they said PASSED)

Security: Not started ( last time it was in progress)

I called Ircc helpline number in Canada to check my application status. The representative said she cannot give status of my application as it is in New Delhi.
Can anyone please let me know if their application is also in New Delhi ?
Also what does it mean? Why in New Delhi?

Can you pls help with the helpline number

Called IRCC today.

My AOR is 21 January 2021.
Last update : RCMP (Additional document) received on 3rd March.

Since then No updates or GU.

Agent told "Eligibility not started yet"

Are you CEC-Inland, Jasmeet1723? If so, we have almost exactly the same status.

Hello!
I am FSW-outland AOR January 2021. I applied as a single applicant and then I got married on March. I have to submit my spouse documents now.
I might have a problem with his criminal record. When he was 16 he was convicted for “Opposing the official of the public order police”. He didn't went to jail but was in probation for 1.5 years. Now it has passed 9.5 years and when he got his Police Certificate it says “has never been convicted”. Is he considered inadmissible? Or Is he considered rehabilitated? If not, does anybody knows when should he apply for rehabilitation? After sending the police certificate at IRCC or before?
Any help would be highly appreciates!
Thank you

PCC are required from when the person turned 18. Also If that was the only issue in his lifetime, then I guess there will not be issues. If required you can LOE along with reference letters

Hi,

Dear Altruist,
I am in trouble/ Dilemma.
My AOR is 15th january, 2021.
As per GCMS, eligibility and security are not started. But Criminality, Info sharing, medicals, biometric are passed.
But today currency of CAD spiked and it creates lowering my settlement fund. ( From One account)
So in this point what should i do?
Please be infomred that i have additional ammounnnt which is government savings certificate. If they count this certificate / shanchay patro then total fund will not be effected by currency conversion. But if they dont count this certificate, my settlement fund is lackings almost 200CAD.
Expert opinion is needed

Hi @legalfalcon - i have a few questions. My gf is living in Canada since 2019 and is a PR holder. my application is in progress but as everyone, i too have come to terms with the fact that the timeline for that is uncertain. But i want to visit my gf in coming months since we haven't met in 2 years - i understand i am exempt from travel restrictions (Extended family).

My question is:

1. if i apply for visitor visa, would i need to update my EE profile or inform them of anything?
2. would applying create a problem/delay the process as it will add additional travel history to my profile.
3. how will i prove my relationship with my gf as we are not big picture takers and the few i had were in my phone that i lost in 2020.

Many thanks.
