IRCC unfortunately does not follow some definite timelines or a clear roadmap. The case officers work at their pace etc. No check and balance. Just hope its quick. You are almost there

Actually yours and my have same time line . But my transfer to Calvary vo. And my ecas shows application received from last couple of weeks . God knows .

There is no suggestion. In my case, I am waiting for this completion several months

You should go for upfront medical..my friend has same timeline as same as your..she did upfront medical..and passed yesterday
