I created EE profile last year with spouse as non accompanying because my CRS points were reaching 463 with that. Also, I was hopping to get settles before calling my wife to live with me.
Received invitation for ONIP with this profile (I believe ONIP cutoff for my NOC was 463, so I was kind of last in ONIP and if would have added spouse wouldn't have received it)
This added 600 points in my profile and received ITR in next draw for EE.
In PR application also I mentioned spouse as non accompanying to be in sync.
I submitted all docs and my AOR is Dec 2020. I am still waiting for PR.
Now, I already have job offer from my current employer to transfer to Canada.
Can I add my spouse in my application by raising web form? I see from previous posts that it might trigger recalculation of score, but because of PNP my EE score should still be enough. Will they try to also make sure that I would have received ONIP with spouse?
Anyone has tried adding spouse like this after submitting application?

Can someone help me with this question:
Though the government allows for all valid COPR holders to travel as of June 21. However, they still require us to follow the the travel restriction of province and territorials and we may be required to submit any of documents of expired: medical results, police certificate, and passport. However,. when i read the travel restriction requirements of Nova scotia - the province that i will land - there is no requirement for that, and they also don't mention about valid COPR holders can travel, but mention permanent residents.

The information confused me.
- are valid COPR holders still to land to province?
- how long is the expiration time of police certificate? as I am sure that most of applicants whose police certificate is more than 1 years old because of long approval process from IRCC.

AOR January 16, 2020. FSW-Inland candidate. As per GCMS notes, my application was approved in July 2020, but never closed. Medicals expired on January 3, 2021. Got a ghost update and found that medicals was re-approved on June 4, 2021. I am guessing, people who get their medicals extended got COPR within 3-4 weeks, is this still the case? Can anybody please tell about their experience? Thanks in advance!
I got medicals extended on April 27, but no COPR yet. Aor January 4 2020

Dear legalfalcon,

I am FSW Outlander with AOR of 30th December 2019.

My file has been tagged with "Review required" Status since February 2020.

I have ordered GCMS notes three times since then but no updates or movements found. The reason behind case analyst tagged my file for RR is inefficient documents submitted regarding my siblings Canadian address proof. All other criterias for eligibility parameters are found satisfactorily by case analyst.

Hence , when I got to know this from the GCMS, I submitted my siblings rent Aggrement copy. Now my sibling owns her home so I also submitted home ownership docs to IRCC through webform.

But it's been almost a year since then I submitted these required docs ; but not found any movement in my file.

Please guide what to do next for speeding up my file. Greedily need your assistance.

My file currently at CPC Ottawa.

Awaiting your response.

If your meds are extended, then just wait for a final decision. Will depend on the country you are in and the VO where your application is at.

According to GCMS notes and call I have extended medical, but criminality in progress and security not started. I am not sure that extended medicals means anything else... I hope to be wrong.

@legalfalcon my application was "Approved" in July 2020 as per GCMS notes, then "Approved" was removed after medical expired, now medical passed again on June 4, 2021. I am inland FSW candidate with Ottawa CPC. I am currently in Canada.

@legalfalcon I am an FSW Outland candidate with Ottawa CPC and my application has been pending final decision since last year. Me and my wife are now fully vaccinated with a vaccine approved by Health Canada.

Now that approved PRs are allowed to travel to Canada, I just wanted your suggestion whether submitting our vaccination certificate / report through webform would help process our application further.

After the med extensions, a final review will be done and the application will be approved again, only after which you can expect a COPR.

PRs are not allows, only individuals who have a COPR issued on or before June 21, 2021 can travel.

IRCC is not asking for vaccination certificates a they will be required when you land. You can sure send them by webform, but they will not expedite the process. You will have to wait until IRCC asks you for your the certificates (if at all) and issues you COPR.
