Which provice? Inland/outland? Bcs after DM it goes under local visa offices and their timelines vary for giving out CoPRs, I'm in ontario dm since nov 10, a friend from MN dm 17 nov and copr 18 nov

I'm OINP inland as well. I got DM on Monday. I hope we all get COPR very soon. I think at this point it's probably in local officers' hand rather than Sydney!
