Same thing already happened with me. Still did not any solution. All I did , sent a new web form stating, already did medical

Don't worry wait till your MP updated to your file number.
Can you please share your timeline please?

I did upfront medical on 9th October. Got an acknowledgement on 22nd October that your documents has been sent to IRCC officer.
Today I got a medical request. What should I do in this situation.
Shall I contact the doctor to re-upload it again on the new IME number or shall I re-upload it through web form?

Read it carefully , it s not a further medical check,

if not, talk to them over the phone, they will notify it to IRCC officer if they already received your emedical sheet

I checked it, it's a general medical request that everyone receives

Same here, got a MR today after sent the upfront medical last month even though I got an email saying it’s been forwarded to the relevant department. I raised a web form to reupload the emedical form

I just talked with an agent. The only thing I can do is to wait. As my file has been already sent it to ircc officer. Once they find it, they will attach the previous medical to my application.
I also asked them if I have to sent another web form. They said I don't need to...

I asked an agent to notify the officer. She said, on her screen it shows the acknowledgement has been sent to the applicant that the medical result has been received.
I hope it won't take longer to update..

January 7 th ar candidates received AOR today morning , ( source our WHATSAAP chat, (to join follow my signature)

This is the step to take. Upload the form you got from the dr again. Upload the blank mr form ircc sent. Using the web form and just indicate you did up front medical.
* The medical request is computer generated...so just following the steps above. Do not waste $$ redoing M

Same thing but I did upfront medicals back in June and I got MR on October 21.
I did send them a webform and called them the same day.
Agent said they notified the officer and nothing else.

Really, it's been almost 2 weeks for you. And they haven't update your results yet!! Sadly, we can't do anything other than waiting...

Nope can't do anything.
I'll wait until the end of this month and then I will start bugging them
