I got a ghost update on June 13rd, "your additional documents have been uploaded" to " we are reviewing your upload documents"

True it was nothing new they shared but, I did felt if someone, really has some genuine urgency they will at least try to help. I agree my case was not that urgent as still 20 days left for my 180 days completion. Fingers crossed !!!
hi, quick question for those who are experienced. I have concerns regarding my reference letter that I have submitted for a company that I worked from 2015 to 2017.
The reference letter that was created was used by my requested format of job and responsibilities back then so it dates from 2017 only.
However, the template that they have used is a company's word letter pad but not a paper-based letter pad and it's digitally signed by the HR and was submitted to me in a pdf along with other documents.
Will it be a concern. I have also attached an offer letter, pay stubs, tax documents to confirm my employment.
Are there any surprises that I should be prepared for?

I am not an expert but as per IRCC guideline the reference letter should be on official letter head (soft/hard copy), It should have company logo, address, authorized signatory's signature along with Full name and designation, phone number, email id, official seal. The most important the job responsibility should match with your NOC. If these things are covered in the letter then word format is also acceptable as many companies use soft copies of letterhead in word format. Nowadays seals are also available in soft version.
This is just my thought, however since you have backed up with other documents so you should be good. Just wait with folded hand...

I got 22 days and nothing at all? Yours is way less?
Just touch base with your VO? They either have finalized your application or it's been delayed? Check with them and let us know?
