Although it really lost its little meaning after 27 February IP2 batch, you’re at IP2 stage...
Knowing Local visa office does not help your application but it may help you to adjust your expectation period since most of the local visa offices known for their slow process time...

how do you know i am in IP2 or in IP1 to be honest i am a little bit lost with this two terms ;-)
