I just sent my application thru canada post express mail to the po box address. not sure was it smart thing to do or should i have send it thru courier to the courier address? what have others done.

I did the same thing (xpresspost). I even paid extra for signature and not realizing i put a PO box address. Mine reached today at Sydney, NS with a signature as per tracking#. Now the wait begins.

My application was also returned due to insufficient fee.

When resending the application, did you send the old package with additional fee? I am not sure if I should be reprinting the application as well as the residency calculator as of today.

Omg i didn't sign my online calculator mine got returned... it's been a week since i sent mine. That's still fast i think? Considering i am applying from Alberta

I added the additional fee to the old package. I suppose they had already checked completeness of the old package. I didn't mess up anything by doing something new...

Metro Vancouver. I have a friend, whose application was received exactly the same day. But her application was returned 4 days before me, Monday whereas I received mine on Friday. She also lives in Metro Vancouver. Yes, indeed, they are returning the package pretty fast. I hope the momentum does not stop !

It seems the applications are being reviewed for completeness fairly quickly. Maybe this extra $230 is being put to good use after all
