Only the foreign trips but all of them, each time when your passport got stamped. If you have old passports that got stamped, you have to scan that as well and mention all the foreign trips you made on that passport. If the number of your foreign trips you made are more than there are slots in the travel history, you gotta use the additional copy of form using the same format, enter all your travel details and upload it.

I've made more than 50+ such trips and never thought that it'd come back to haunt me. well not really haunt but still it's a bit of a task.
There is a limit of 30 entries for travel. If you have more than that, some people advise you to add as a separate document and a LOE. Honestly I am not doing so, it is a LOT of work.

Just beware that the recommendation you gave may not hold true depending on the circumstances, i.e, it is not only a matter of passport stamps. In South America, you can travel within most countries with the ID, meaning no passport stamps. I also have 2 citizenship: Brazilian and Italian. So I don't have any European stamps. Actually I barely have any stamps on my passports, but much more than 30 trips! :p

Guys, for proof of funds, my dad has the required amount in his account for more than 6 months. What if I become a joint account holder of that account, would that suffice?

No. The funds cannot be in a joint account with a parent.

Thanks.

So, what i have been able to understand from our friends here is that i can get the required amount in the form of a gift deed.

So is this the right way around the "6 month old money" thing?

Funds can be in a joint account with a co-applicant (e.g., spouse).

You can get the money as gift from your dad. No issues with that. But you will have to attach the gift deed along with your POF statement

Frankly you have valid point, but I am not sure about this point.
The purpose (to best of my understanding) is traceable travel and to check the background if there are any criminal records for the countries you would have stayed more than 6 months.

For example, I am India Citizen and resident of Oman. I made a holiday trip to Europe last year and visited 10 countries in 17 days. As per your statement, I would have to list all of those countries with 1/2 day visit each!!!

Rather I did is listing down all stamps on my passports (~300 stamps). Excluded stamps in my country of residence and listed down all trips to other countries. Also this comes to a number of 58 to be precise. I am planning to submit additional sheet to furnish additional details.

I am staying in Canada and need qatar pcc.how to take pcc. Please help me
Refer to Qatar police website for requirements. Consult someone (friend, relative, etc) living in Qatar. Send required document to him/her. - You may have to send the documents by courier as sometimes the need original documents (such as finger prints endorsed by local police, etc)
He/She can apply on your behalf, collect the PCC and send back to you. Normally it takes a week to issue PCC.

Alternately you can also apply to Qatar Embassy in Canada, but it is a lot time consuming process.

I am in similar situation (well, simpler than yours), living in Oman and need to get PCC from UAE. I am taking first route.

Hi All,

I have a question regarding spouse passport address.

My marriage was before 10 months. My wife took passport after marriage. My name is given as spouse in her passport. But the address is her old address (her parent's home address) as it was very easy to take passport like that.

Now, the question: should I change the address in her passport to my address??
Will it be a problem if she keep her old address in her pp? Will CIC accept this?

----

Help and Helped

Not experienced this situation, but I do not see any problem in submitting as it is.

We've got our ITA as well .score was 469.

Even though we have added the details for the foreign work experience for spouse, i dont see any points awarded in the EE score breakup for this.Considering this, is it necessary to add those details in the PR application-spouse work experience section,Since as spouse i'am still working in a company and to get a letter of referral is going to be a hassle. Can we omit this detail in the PR application even though its mentioned in the EE profile? just to be sure how can we ascertain that the work experience of spouse hasnt been added to the score tally.
Thanks in advance

Pratikkumar, from what I understood, yes, you would have to list all those countries. That's how I did it. If we read what the application says, it does not mention "only refer to stamped passport trips" but rather trips to countries other than your country of origin or residency. So in your case, trips within Oman and India wouldn't have to be listed, all others would.

But anyways, I have no idea how they use this info and I don't think it is a problem if you fail to mention those short trips. Personally I cannot trace back all my international trips, since I traveled heavily for work between 2007-2009. And I agree that if you don't even have a stamp on the passport, it is hard for them to know that the visit to a given country happened, unless you disclose that.

Provide details of any trips name has taken outside his/her country of origin or of residence in the last ten years (or since his/her 18th birthday if this was less than ten years ago). Include all trips: tourism, business, training, etc.
You can tell us about each trip by filling in the fields below.
Check the list at the bottom of the form first to see information you have already saved.
• When you click "Save and Add", each trip will be saved to the list.
• The fields will go blank to let you add another trip.
• Use the modify or delete button if you want to change a trip that you have already saved to the list.
Has name, and if applicable, name's family members taken any trips outside their country of origin or of residence in the last ten years (or since their 18th birthday if this was less than ten years ago). Include all trips: tourism, business, training, etc.

What do you mean? Do you mean she has adopted your last name after your marriage, but has not updated all documents?

If that is the case, I am really not sure... Have you informed on your application that she was known by other names? If so, I would GUESS that it is not a problem. But I can't say it for sure.

I would suggest getting a new passport to play it safe.

she has not adopted my last name and neither do we intend to because it would lead to more and more paperwork.

So, i just wanted to ensure that if we have passports with each other's names on them, would that suffice?

Congrats to all! Question about my education history.

In my educational History section i only included my degree (for which i have an ECA and claimed points for). Is it necessary to enter secondary school education here? If not should i put it in my personal history section??
