Is it advisable to contact visa office through email?

Hi guys,

Is it advisable to contact visa office through email. Do they reply. It has been more than three weeks and there is no status change. Please advise.

No they dont reply , but you can give it a try
I applied on 7th july and still waiting , tried emailing them no reply

i called...they r saying this is not our department...then they give me odr number... i called on that that number(at least 10 tyms) n is cont. saying there might be some trouble...please try later!!!...

we are all in the same boat , i emailed the embassy and got a reply .
firstly make sure your application has exceeded the average processing time
secondly , all the details should be correctly mentioned in the email
