Correct option for Parent visitor visa to meet non-dependent child who is on a work permit

Hi - I am trying to confirm the correct option for the case - Applying for my parents visitor visa - I am on a work permit (Temporary Foreign Worker)
I understand that for expecting parents, it is advisable, to not select or mention medical/care terms as that signifies work/support.
