Minor/children visitor visa - What to upload if inviter parent's work permit amendment is in progress?

I am drafting my kids visitor visa, presently my work location is different from my initial closed work permit location and for that employer has submitted amendment. However amendment did not come yet and not expected to get sooner. So what document should I upload along with my existing work permit and any other supporting statements should I add in invitation letter for the same? Appreciate your experience and responses.

Are you wanting to apply for their TRV or do you want to extend their stay in Canada? Do they have study permits?
