I applied in March 2020, AOR in August 2020, In Process in Nov 2020, Background check complete in January 2021, still waiting for the test invite.......

Passed my test over the weekend and now the status updated to completed, so I guess I need to wait for the next step either copy of passport request or DM. Is anybody recently got DM without receiving passport request??

Would you know if the passport request comes through an email or just an update on the tracker?

Heard some people got scan of passport request in the test invite email/letter. I was not asked to provide those in the test letter/email. So, does it mean that I will be fine without those??

I also didn’t get a passport copies request with my test invite. However, around 3 to 4 weeks after my test status updated to completed, I received a request via email to send my passport copies by mail within a month from the day I received the email.

yes, i called IRCC and I was told by the agent that my file was forwarded to Scarborough

Ok thanks, maybe they don’t ask everyone to provide this. Since if they ask everyone to provide, it would make sense to add this to the test email invite, so again not everything delayed until the passports translated and mailed !!!

Please let me know if you guys have any test invites for your online applications after background checks and how long on an average does it usually take for test invites to be received. I know it varies case to case but all I am asking is an average timeline.
