IRCC online portal login error, please help!

Hi everyone,
I am having difficulties logging into the online IRCC online portal while applying for super visa. It say "User Information cannot be found". Does anybody know what to do or had similar problems? I tried resetting password and it was successful, but I still cannot login even after changing the password. Can somebody help?? Thank you very much!!

I just found out another person has posted the same issue in the visit visa section. Seems like it's technical problems from IRCC side.

I am also facing the same issue. Might be the technical error.
