IRCC account login issue

Hi. Recently I cannot login to my IRCC account. Everytime I insert my username and password, there is an error saying that either my username or password is wrong but I didn't provide any wrong credential. How can I fix it? Please help.

if you still don't remember it goo to forget password and reset it

There was a cyberattack on GCKey infra and that caused a lot of accounts to go offline.

There is mentioned that emails were sent to the affected account holders but I didn't get any.

If I create a new account will I loose access to my current application?
