i've been trying to link to my GCKey account for the past 3 months , and it never worked , i wrote them several times , but i only got their auto-reply ( which is never helps ) ...

Exactly the same as me. Gotten Pre-arrival in January and not any news afterwards!

There are others who got their PPR a week or month after .. others took few months .. and others like our case still waiting

not yet, but wait for a good news after 8 or 15 days your wife will receive an email for PPR.
