Dear Friends,
Initally i applied for Mohawk college for an post secondary course and got my visa from India and came to Canada then up on arrival i with draw the course and joined Centennial college and i have completed the first month currently while withdrawing, the college promised to transfer my upfront first sem tution fee to centennial college but now they have deducted CAD 1000.00
Please advice if i can do any thing about it or it is their right to deduct any amount they wanted....also note i withdraw the course with in 15 days of the course beginning...
