July 17 2018 - Application delivered - CPC Mississauga.
AOR: aug 17 2018
CSQ Request: aug 20 2018
CSQ app. sent and received: 5 Sept. 2018
CSQ received by mail Oct 4, 2018
Waiting for OWP.

You cannot become a permanent resident of Canada without some form of interview...every one goes through one, whether it be through flagpoling, on the phone, at a port of entry, etc...You need to speak to an immigration officer at some point.

So we had the interview on October 3rd and my husband has signed his CoPR!
Now, will he be receiving his card and with that he is free to leave/enter the country as he wishes, right?

Also, how long did it take you all to receive the card?

Congratulations! He should be receiving his card within 70 days. He will be free to enter the country as he wishes with the card, yes. I landed on May 17 and I received my card around July 12.
