For all I know, it means it was received by the IRCC. If you didn't get any e-mail, just make sure you have the correct e-mail on the My CIC and monitor the spam folder to make sure you lose nothing

I need help !
My PR is being processed but I got my OWP back .
I need to send it again to Edmonton and I wouldn’t like to know if anyone had the same problem .
Is it quicker now or it is gonna take 2 more months ?
