What was your reason to be out of the country? Did you travel together? How was the email response?

You are allowed to send a paper application if you haven't yet received AIP. It will still take 3-4 months to process but at least you will keep work status with implied status.

It must be by paper and follow the instructions online.

Make sure you send them what they want even if you submitted the documents with the PR. This is a separate application

*edit* you can only send it by mail if you haven't received AIP. If you've received AIP, you can apply online.

Hopefully, there is no special case for the ones without OWP.

My BGC started yesterday and I didn't apply for OWP.... APP received dec 17

1) YES you can apply now.

3) You don't need an agent to apply, you can apply yourself.

I submitted mine one week after you, but i got MR and passed it already. Why didnt you get the MR yet?
