may i ask, your profile showing new medical date ? Or “you don’t need medical” ?
Same situation as myself. Received a message a few weeks ago from IRCC that I did not need to retake my medical after it expired. Then last week it changed again to medical passed. No idea if this was automatic or an actual human being reviewed my applicationI only have medical update 2weeks ago! is there any hope for me please
It's not automatic they update it manually, your PPR is around the corner. Good luck bud.

I got portal email again today (Landing), not sure what is happening. Any Idea? I have not received Ecopr yet.
Congratulations once again..here you are getting portal email 2 times and i can't even get it 1 time.
