just walk-in and tell them you want premium. photos will be taken by them and all the photocopies as well. no need to fill any form
Hi, Preparing to surrender Indian passport, have Indian address in passport. What address to fill in the present residential address in the surrender application? Current Canadian residential address or the Indian address in the passport? . There is a question "Is your passport printable address outside of India", in my case I select "No" and provide the Indian address. But in the the final review section it shows up as "Is your present Residential address outside India?" - No. The wordings in the online form is confusing. Thanks.

I have a question regarding the updated process. Now we are required to upload the photograph and signature online, and once the form is printed, it already includes the ARN number along with the digital photo and signature.
If that’s the case, why do we still need to send the physical passport sized photo to the BLS centre?
