Hello,

I'm applying for Alberta's Provincial Nomination through the employer-driven stream. Regarding form IMM 0008 Generic Application Form for Canada, question #4: which immigration office should I request for processing this form? Is it possible to pick the office with the fastest processing time?

I'm originally from Costa Rica, I'm currently on a Working Holiday Visa for 1 year, and I have been living on Canada for 3 months.
