I am not sure though, but I think program assistant is the first person that checks ones application and makes recommendations for the Case Analyst.
Anyone correct me if I am wrong.
Program assistant sees it first, then it goes to case analyst, then it goes to visa officer. In my case, the case analyst is the one who marked RR.

I was in RR coz i didn't have list of job duties confirm my NOC and duration of work period. I sent a new letter of explanation addressing the issues via webform by myself. This was in Aug 18 when I got my 1st GCMS notes, and had been in always told awaiting for review till March 19.
Bro,

Did you submit the LOE yourself after seeing the problem in your GCMS notes or did they request you for additional information/explanation?

Is there anyone here who was in review required and then after many months had their file moved to their local visa office, and subsequently got their PPR. Our AOR is April 2018 and it seems our file has moved to our local VO after sitting many months in Sydney. Really hoping this is a good thing.

Mine was worse than 'RR', it was 'eligibility not met - NOC mismatch' as per last notes...My file moved to local VO on 22nd March and since then no update at all....I am hoping it is a positive thing but not sure until I actually receive PR....

Hello,

I received the 2nd set of GCMS on 11th July and there has been no activity on my account since March where the last comment by the analyst was a review on my R75 minimum requirement. The GCMS received is exactly the same as the one I applied for in April which means IRCC is just sitting on the application since March. I have enquired from my employers and they haven't received any correspondence from IRCC

My AOR is 7th Feb. The organisation for which the query/concern has been raised is not ready to issue me a letter as per what IRCC needs and I have submitted a self attested duty letter. I'd just like to know if I should be worried at this time or shall I wait before I take legal advice. I have typed the comments section from my GCMS for your quick reference. Thanks.

Below is the comment that was last updated in March and it has been the same since then

Thanks I got my PR in Sept last year. Not sure which format are you asking. But the comments I mentioned above are from the GCMS notes and you can order it online through gcms buddy. The comments of the analyst and visa officer are usually at the end of the doc

After now more than 8 months since AOR and nearly 5 months sitting in RR for POF, I just called up CIC again.

First I would like to say that the agent who answered the call was very kind and helpful. I don't know what has happened in the past few months, but I get the feeling that CIC agents have become increasingly friendly and helpful. Maybe it's just that my application has been sitting there for longer and longer every time I call and that they are empathetic :)

The agent was able to verify that my application was still in RR for POF and that although CIC had received the additional documents that I provided proactively, nobody had looked at them yet.

Additionally, he mentioned that he had set a reminder for a case officer to review my file.

Does anyone know how effective these reminders really are? I am keeping my expectations and hope to the lowest level...

My Eligibility is "review required" as well. May I know if I can ask the agent on the call what is under "review required"?
