I ACCIDENTALLY CREATED ACCOUNT IN PR CONFIRMATION PORTAL

I have created the portal account in advance even before even getting P2. Can you share some ideas on how to fix this please???

They might give you user name and password if you don’t have account
But if you have account they create your portal under that account. Hope it help

The email you provide on portal 1 they will use to open account for your portal 2

October 25th but I have realized that I should not have created the email after Nov 25th. so I wanted to know what necessary actions have to be taken.

Hi, I received an email from IRCC on may 8th and accidentally created PR portal account on May 9. I have called IRCC and responded to the email about the account. and I haven't received any response from yet. I filled a webform as well on May 23. IRCC isn't able provide a timeline and asking to wait.
How many days/ weeks does it take approximately to get the PR portal credentials in this scenario?

Hi I did the same mistake. Can you please let me know, what happened in your case? Did you had to provide an alternate email address or was it updated in the same email address you created the PR portal with.
