How to tell if the college you applied to received your payment?

Hey guys, I just wired the college I'm attending in Canada the amount of money for the first semester. It's been 4 days since I transferred them the money, so how can I make sure that they received it? Do they usually send you an email or something? Or do I have to write to them to make sure that they've gotten the transfer?

Bro, every college/university has some sort of online account.. maybe you should check that account to see your payment status. Yes, you can also mail them to check for the status of your payment...

I made a payment to University of Toronto and it took about 10 days for it to show up on the university's online student portal.

Give it some time or alternatively, call/email your university's accounts department.

Usually wire transfer takes 4-5 working days to shot up the amount into beneficiary account..... After that university or college will release the fee receipt....you would have got wire transfer receipt from bank...that is also a proof.

Give it sometime atleast 10 working days. am in the same situation.

i made payment of first semester fees to Fanshawe college since jun 22nd by peer online, peer deliver payment and issue me receipt online since 24th.

i email the school proof of payment by peeronline and this is their response today

Thank you so much for the fee payment confirmation. We will issue the fee receipt once funds received at our end. Please not it could take 5-10 business days to receive funds at our end.


email the school proof of payment from your bank and once the payment deliver to their account they should email you official receipt
